It is our goal to only sell high quality merchandise. If for some reason you find your goods to be unsatisfactory, you will be issued a credit for a future Nuna purchase. You must make your claim within 5 business days of receipt of package according to the proof of delivery by the freight carrier. Please email info@nunacollection.com to make your claim. If determined to be a valid claim, Nuna will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization Number) that must be clearly written on the outside of the box and post marked within 14 business days of your receipt of goods. An RA# must be obtained before any goods are sent back to Nuna, orders without the valid RA# will be refused and no credit will be processed. All returns must be received in original and saleable condition with original packaging, including any boxes or pouches. We will not exchange used merchandise. Shipping and handling costs will not be credited. Sale and special orders cannot be returned and are final sale. Nuna is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
To exchange an item, please send an email at info@nunacollection.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.

Ordering
Our products are available for purchase 24 hours a day through our online store.
Most items are in stock and available for shipment once order has been processed. If items are backordered or delayed, we will contact you via email or phone with the shipment date.
Order verification
You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. You will receive a second email confirming shipment of your order. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery.

Sales tax
